The term “well-being” can be used to describe our holistic health (physical, mental and emotional) and feelings of well-being are fundamental to the overall health of an individual. When we have good levels of well-being we feel life is in balance, we are motivated and we can successfully overcome difficulties, showing resilience and an ability to survive and thrive in challenging times. In the current climate, as schools recover and readjust from the impact of COVID-19 on children, families and staff, well-being has never been a higher priority.
